If you’re ready to make a lasting impact in a fast-paced, people-first environment, we want to hear from you.Your MissionAs Regional Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind:Commercial and Strategic DeliveryDemonstrate strong commercial awareness, analysing performance data to identify revenue opportunities and manage costs effectively.Develop and execute regional plans that drive profitability, growth, and member retention.Balance commercial priorities with member satisfaction, ensuring sustainable business success.Sales and Service CultureDrive a culture that unites exceptional service with strong sales performance, keeping member experience and business growth at the core of all decisions.Set and uphold high standards across all clubs, ensuring a consistent, premium experience that builds engagement, loyalty, and results.Empower teams with energy to understand member needs, deliver tailored solutions, and maximise opportunities for growth and retention.Operational LeadershipProvide clear direction and operational leadership across all clubs within the region, ensuring consistent delivery of company standards, processes, and policies.Lead the day-to-day management of club operations, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and legal requirements, maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for members and colleagues.Performance and Process ManagementUse data-driven insights to monitor performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement actionable plans that deliver results.Drive operational consistency through effective use of systems, processes, and best practices.Ensure all clubs deliver against KPIs related to member satisfaction, financial performance, and operational standards.People Leadership and DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop club management teams to achieve operational excellence and personal growth.Identify, nurture, and develop future leaders, building a strong internal talent pipeline for the business.Foster a high-performance culture built on accountability, engagement, and empowerment.Technology & InnovationSupport the adoption of new technologies and systems that enhance operational performance.Encourage innovation and continuous improvement across all clubs.Leadership AttributesTenacious, competitive, and results-driven, with a passion for excellence and innovation.Operates with integrity and aligns leadership approach to Fitness First’s core values.Inspires confidence, promotes collaboration, and drives teams to consistently achieve and exceed expectations.
