COE standards and the individual Site Leadership application.This person will be engaging with the global, regional, and local leadership teams to coordinate project work, conduct loss analysis and drive continuous improvement in manufacturing facilities within an assigned region. This role will direct and supervise specific manufacturing excellence initiatives through local leadership teams as well as its direct reports.It is also a strategic partner for the Senior Regional Director MFG in building and implementing the vision. This role will be implementation and best practice sharing focused.ResponsibilitiesExecute Manufacturing Excellence initiatives through its direct reports and local teamsExecute 4wall program through identification, validation and execution phase ensuring delivery of expected savings and development opportunitiesCoach manufacturing leadership teams with regards to Manufacturing Excellence tools and techniques as requiredLead loss deployment and focused improvement against any and all plant/global metricsLead loss teams, kaizen events and problem solving for break-through projects within manufacturing sites.Ensure reapplication of best practices throughout the region and escalate as requiredDrive total end to end savings projects throughout the supply chainManage key metrics as assigned from beginning to end and report out to EULT as required (team capability)Creative partner to ensure our capabilities/strategy are continuously adapting to fit our manufacturing needsExperience You’ll BringSolid Manufacturing ExperienceLean/TPM Knowledge – 3 years of experience in TPM/Lean application in a manufacturing environment.Demonstrate ability to utilize lean six sigma tools: VSM, Loss analysis, competency gap assessments, AM through steps 3, BD Analysis, etc.Leadership and Management – Proven strong leadership, people skills and communication abilitiesProject Management skills - Knowledge of our internal Project Management Process and how to succeedEducation – Bachelor’s degree.
