With offices in various global locations, we are currently looking for a candidate located close to our offices in either Birmingham (UK), Ljubljana (Slovenia), Gothenburg (Sweden) or Bad Vilbel (Germany)About The OpportunityWe are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Regional Marketing Coordinator to support the execution of regional marketing initiatives across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys managing multiple marketing activities with precision and creativity.You will play a key role in coordinating events, (including trade shows, conferences and webinars), campaigns, day-to-day website content management, translation workflows, and partner communications. Your work will directly support internal stakeholders, channel partners, and the rest of the regional team to ensure consistent and effective marketing delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and execute regional campaigns and initiatives, including email marketing, nurture programs, newsletters, and social media, in collaboration with the regional, business unit and sales teams to ensure timely, targeted, and consistent communication.Maintain and update regional website content, including campaign landing pages, event and training information, blogs, and news, ensuring accuracy, proper translations, and alignment with brand guidelines in collaboration with internal stakeholders.Provide support in the planning, execution, and follow-up of events, including webinars, exhibitions, tradeshows, and product or sales conferences, to ensure effective delivery and alignment with regional marketing goals.Support translation and localization efforts to ensure marketing materials are accurate, relevant, and effective across the region, leveraging AI tools where appropriate to enhance efficiency and quality.Collaborate with the Channel Partner team to support resellers and partners on marketing initiatives, providing assets, guidance, and ensuring alignment with brand standards.Build strong relationships with regional teams, business units, and sales, providing flexible marketing support during peak periods, and contributing insights into the regional market to inform effective planning and execution.About YouYou have a bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.You have 3-5 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role, ideally within a global or multi-regional organization.You have a strong understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Marketo, CMS, CRM).You have familiarity with content localization and translation workflows.You have knowledge of B2B marketing practices, preferably in a technology or software-related industry.You have excellent organizational and project management skills.You are fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages such as German (desired), Spanish, or French are a plus.You are comfortable working independently with guidance, and able to manage multiple tasks.About UsWe offer a flexible working environment that embraces both in-person and remote work;We are committed to providing professional growth and development opportunities;We give back to our communities through global initiatives and donations;We work hard, but we like to have fun too!At Transoft Solutions, we embrace diversity, as we strongly believe that our diverse backgrounds, coupled with our cultural and experiential differences, make us stronger and better positioned to support our global customers.
