We all win together.What We’ll NeedWe are seeking a Director, Marketing, APAC who will: Work closely with the MD APAC and brand partners to create programs that will drive positive SSS, brand affinity and support further restaurant growth Launch best in class marketing execution in key new markets for APAC, including China, India, South Pacific and Central Asia. Ensure compelling brand positioning, outstanding creative execution, appropriate consumer targeting & pricing, 360 campaign execution and flawless launch execution. Work in conjunction with Senior Real Estate Manager and GSC design team to define best in class regional store design program for all APAC BPs combining global identity with meaningful localization. Develop annual marketing field plans consisting of the strategies, tactics and resources necessary to address business challenges and drive consistent results. Define LTO parameters for new and existing markets and help develop pantry of options to drive marketing calendar new news. Directly manage, develop and inspire a Field Marketing Manager (ie. future) to drive strategies and tactics. Be a part of APAC MD’s Senior Leadership Team and act as consult on all cross functional topics such as business development, team development, ways of working improvement. Work in close conjunction with other regional Marketing Directors, VP of brand and Sr Marketing Director of Brand Experience to provide regional support / contribution to big brand moments across the world ie. House of Flavor activations, global events activations etc. Gather, analyze and report business intelligence to help inform and shape future field marketing efforts. Keep WRI and BP networks up to date with the latest consumer, F&B and industry trends. Deep dive in to evolving digital trends to ensure our business and regional BPs can interpret and activate appropriate opportunities. Frequent use of a computer and other technology essential to the successful completion of your everyday role responsibilities. This may include working from home, our Singapore offices, or on-the-go. Frequent use of mental energy while gathering, documenting, analyzing, and communicating information with cross-functional colleagues, vendors, and extended Wingstop team.
