Are you a strategic marketing leader with a passion for driving impactful campaigns across markets? We’re looking for a Regional Marketing Director to execute and deliver marketing programs marketing programs across EMEA.This is a high-impact role where you’ll collaborate across global and regional teams to shape strategy, drive demand, and elevate brand visibility.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end development and execution of regional marketing programs. Drive qualified leads to sales teams and ensure smooth handoffs to field professionals. Align regional strategy with global marketing goals and business objectives. Collaborate with Commercial, Product Management, and Global Marketing teams to ensure campaign relevance and activation. Manage regional marketing budgets and ensure accurate spend tracking. Evaluate campaign performance and optimize for ROI. Present results and insights to key stakeholders across the business. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., GDPR). Manage external partners (agencies, freelancers) to deliver high-quality marketing initiatives. Champion internal awareness of marketing activities (e.g., social selling, training programs). Stay ahead of industry trends and competitive activity. Build relationships with industry bodies and strategic partners.Team LeadershipEstablish processes and metrics for marketing activities to ensure effectiveness of regional marketing activities: Setting goals and objectives for regional marketing team.Implement processes for objective and key results to evaluate performanceProvides leadership and support for all members of regional marketing including establishment of priorities and development of task assignmentsGlobal CollaborationCollaborates with global marketing team to effectively implement global campaigns and initiatives.Contribute to ideation concepts, messaging and positioning, competitive differentiation and development of compelling storylines for global collateral, training materials, and other sales toolkits.Provide strategic market research, conducting regional and/or local competitive surveillance highlights reporting.Champion customer experience tracking and reporting to promote customer centric activities.Skills And ExperiencesAdvanced degree in organic chemistry, biology or biochemistry/Business or related discipline.Thorough understanding of fields of organic chemistry, biomolecules, analytical chemistry, food and environmental testing.Strong understanding of trends in current marketing communication tools such as social media, blogs and marketing automation.Experiences within the life science sector is essential for the role.Previous experience within marketing at a similar level is essential.About BiotageBiotage is a global supplier and solutions partner to a wide range of customers within drug discovery and development and analytical testing.
