Regional Nursery Head

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead and optimize large-scale, multi-site nursery operations focused on Acacia and Eucalyptus species. This strategic role will oversee seedling propagation, genetic conservation, and digital nursery systems, ensuring sustainable and efficient practices aligned with industrial forestry standards.QualificationsBachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Forestry, Agronomy, or related field.Minimum 20 years of professional experience, including 10+ years in senior/regional nursery roles.Proven success in managing large-scale nursery operations for Acacia and Eucalyptus.Strong expertise in propagation, conservation, and digital systems.Familiarity with industrial forestry and sustainable plantation practices.Excellent leadership, strategic planning, and communication skills.Willingness to relocate to Tanjung Jabung Barat, Jambi-Indonesia.
