An opportunity currently exists for a Regional Operations Manager based at our Tennyson (QLD) site. You’ll lead and manage our Field Customer Teams ensuring regional sales activities align with the customer teams strategies and contribute to the achievement of overall business objectives.Key accountabilities include:Lead, coach and mentor field teams with clear KPIs, 1:1s and reviews.Drive regional sales execution, pricing and profit optimisation.Build strong cross-functional relationships (Quality, Supply Chain, Ops, Customer Service).Win new business, respond to tenders and grow key accounts.Ensure CRM accuracy (D365) and deliver reliable forecasts (Demand Management & S&OP).Maintain regular meetings and report on financial/operational targets.Travel interstate as required to meet team training, engagement, and customer engagement needs, supporting business growth and budget goals.The successful applicant will possess:10+ yrs account management/sales (food industry preferred).5+ yrs leading sales/operations at state/region level.Tertiary qualifications in Business/Marketing (or Trade) desirable.Proven track record hitting budget with strong commercial acumen.Commercial acumen with strong analytical, presentation and communication skills.Relationship builder — credible with customers and internal stakeholders at all levels.Comfortable with systems (D365/CRM, MS Office) and disciplined with forecasting and pipeline.Self-managed, energetic, and resilient; thrives in a fast, field-focused role.What is in it for you:Our culture is warm, friendly, and inclusive, and we encourage each other to bring our authentic selves to work.Work/Life balance.Access to Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Living our Values: Act as One, Better Every day, Own It, Think Differently, and Enjoy the Ride.If you're a motivated sales leader with a passion for driving results, building relationships, and thinking strategically, this is an exciting opportunity to take the next step with Allied Pinnacle.
