We're a fast-growing, tech-driven company looking for top talent to help build the future of road travel.THE ROLEWe're looking for a Branch & Regional Operations Manager (BROM) to lead operations across a cluster of depots. You'll ensure high service standards, strong fleet performance, and consistent execution of SOPs, while coaching Depot Leaders and driving operational excellence. This role reports directly to the Regional Director.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?Lead and coach Depot Leaders across multiple locations Drive operational performance and customer satisfaction Ensure SOP compliance and service consistency Monitor KPIs and implement improvement actions Oversee P&L, budgeting, and cost control Collaborate closely with Central Ops, Finance, and HR Travel frequently (up to 75%) to support depot teams WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?7–10 years of experience in hands-on operational roles (rent-a-car, logistics, retail, hospitality)3–5 years in team leadership roles managing multiple locations or high-volume depotsProven ability to manage depot financials, including budgeting, cost control, and supplier relationshipsStrong communication skills and fluency in English (and local language if applicable)A valid driver's license and willingness to drive campervansA hands-on, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to manage teams in dynamic environmentsAvailability to work on weekends and holidays as neededInterest in our product and willingness to learn the technical details of campervansBonus points for:Fleet management or vehicle maintenance experience Process improvement + digital tools knowledge Training, workforce planning, or team development experience THE INDIE COMMITMENT!A fast-growing, dynamic environment where you make an impact Career growth in Field Ops + potential moves to Lisbon, Mexico City, or Manila Continuous training and coaching $75000 to $90000 yearly, a % of the net profit of your branches, with performance and referral bonuses Free road trips across Europe, North America, and Oceania Are you ready to Go Indie?
