They represent Nexsentio’s commitment to excellence, client partnership, and community care. Through collaboration with field leaders and internal departments, this role ensures each client feels heard, valued, and supported — transforming service contracts into trusted partnerships that drive shared success.Big Picture:Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts within the given region.Ensure all services are delivered according to contract scope, quality standards, and client expectations.Partner with Supervisors and Leads to support successful execution of daily operations.Support client satisfaction, retention, and contract growth through exceptional service delivery.Day-to-Day:Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of janitorial and facilities services to ensure seamless daily operations.Directly manage and develop a team of Operations Supervisors, Site Supervisors, and Leads, ensuring alignment with Nexsentio culture and expectations.Audit quality and performance through regular site inspections and compliance walk-throughs.Collaborate with Safety, HR, and Payroll departments to maintain adherence to all company, state, and federal standards.Ensure timely submission of reports related to incidents, payroll, expenses, and key performance indicators (KPIs).Serve as the primary point of contact for all client accounts in the assigned region, ensuring contractual obligations and quality standards are met.Build and maintain strong client partnerships through proactive communication, regular site visits, and transparent issue resolution.Monitor supervisor adherence to payroll, attendance, and performance management protocols.Manage regional budgets for labor, supplies, and equipment; maintain profitability in accordance with company goals.Identify trends and recommend strategies for cost control and operational efficiency.Conduct and document safety inspections and corrective actions in alignment with OSHA and company policy.Ensure supervisors and teams are trained on all required safety procedures, SDS documentation, and equipment handling.Partner with HR on workers’ compensation cases, accommodations, and LOA matters impacting regional operations.Support HR and leadership in recruiting, onboarding, recognition, and performance review processes.Foster a positive, inclusive workplace that values diversity and continuous improvement.Qualifications:5+ years of progressive management experience in facilities, janitorial, or service operations (multi-site management required).Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Demonstrated success managing budgets, teams, and client relationships.Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.Comfortable using Google Workspace, Paylocity, and other business communication tools.Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required; must be able to travel between job sites as needed.Physical Demands:Willingness to travel regionally to multiple sites throughout the work week.Ability to walk through large facilities and inspect service areas.Extended periods of sitting, computer use, and communication via phone or email.Supervisor: Chief Operating Officer (COO)Status: Full-time Salary, ExemptThe starting salary for this position is $80,000. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
