MAIN PURPOSERegional Project Office are responsible for entire regional project management in the region. We are now seeking a talented Regional Project Manager to join the team. This position to be responsible for handling Strategic Project Management, Business Intelligence and Data Analysis, and Regional Project Development in order to increase business productivity and efficiency.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management:Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with internal/external stakeholders.Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors with cross-functional team members for the flawless execution of multiple projects.Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress and measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals.Business Intelligence And Data AnalysisDrive effective data sharing using dashboards, report templates, and visualization to support Management in making strategic business decisions.Improve cross-functional processes, including various reporting optimization and data harmonization initiatives ensuring business consistency and accuracy.Perform ad hoc analysis and contributing to various strategic initiatives.Regional Project DevelopmentConstantly collaborate with other regions, utilize best practices from other regions, and adjust and develop projects tailored to our region.Develop best practice dashboards and create sharing scheme within the region.Develop new projects needed to increase business productivity and efficiency in the region.Required Experience/Technical Skills/Personal Skills5+ years of working experience in consulting, and/or project management in complex and multicultural organizations.Proven hands-on experience setting up and optimizing action plan across multiple projects.Detail-oriented and responsive, with good quantitative skills - must be able to analyse data, draw conclusions and develop actionable recommendations.Adaptable and able to flex with changes in prioritization, in order to meet new or changed goals.Proactive, show good judgment and come with suggestions and ideas.Strong knowledge of how business operate.Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Fluent in business English/Japanese communication
