If you have a background in administration, retail, and/or customer service, this varied role offers you the perfect opportunity to utilise and develop your skills in the Hearing Care Industry. This role is 4 days per week (32 hours), Monday - ThursdayAs a Rover Receptionist, you'll be an essential mobile team member based in the Bay of Plenty area and it involved supporting multiple clinics across the Bay of Plenty and Central regions as needed.Clinic Operations: Take charge of managing the day-to-day operations of the clinic.Reception Duties: Be the welcoming face of our clinics, handling all reception responsibilities.Diary Management: Efficiently manage the clinic diary to ensure smooth scheduling and operations.Administrative Tasks: Process insurance applications, government subsidies, and ACC claims.Data Management: Run daily reports through our CRM system to keep everything on track.Technical Skills: Perform in-house hearing aid repairs with full training provided.About YouYou are someone who thrives on variety and enjoys traveling to different locations.
