You’ll be part of a company that values innovation, collaboration, and personal development—where your ideas can truly make an impact.Some of your key responsibilities:Drive onboard retail performance to exceed revenue and profit targetsSpend time in-store to support teams and build a proactive sales cultureCollaborate with R&F Travel Retail and local suppliers to maximise opportunitiesLead seasonal campaigns, promotions, and visual merchandising plansCoach and train retail teams in product presentation, layout, and customer serviceEnsure compliance with retail agreements and company policiesHost regular regional retail meetings and cascade key updates to teamsWhat you will experienceYou’ll join a passionate and supportive team that’s committed to delivering great customer experiences.
