Please provide details in your cover letter of any accommodations needed.The role: We want you | e hiahia ana matou ki a koeOur Southern Region is now looking for a Regional Sales Coordinator to provide our building and plumbing customers across the region with exceptional service, and represent Plumbing World with strong customer service and communication skills.This is a fast paced, busy role, and we have a lot going on at once, so we are looking for someone who has worked in this sort of role before, you will know all about forward planning and have the foresight to see where a project currently is and what is going to be required next.This is a full-time Branch based role working Monday to Friday.What You Will Be DoingReceiving and processing orders to ensure we not only meet but exceed our customers’ expectationsQuoting and then following up on those to close the dealWork in close partnership with Territory Managers from across the region and other departments to achieve customer satisfactionProject managing and tracking these projects through the sales processLiaising with suppliersTo be successful you will have the following:Able to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficientlyProven record in relationship building/managementGood computer and Excel skills essentialExcellent communication verbal & writtenStrong administration skillsThe ability and experience to manage a high workload with multiple prioritiesTime management skills including the ability to plan ahead and adapt to changing prioritiesExperience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needsPride in personal appearance with great interpersonal skillsThe successful applicant will be required to pass a pre-employment medical and drug test prior to the commencement of employment.
