Regional Sales LeadershipLead and manage state and city sales leaders across Bhubaneswar, Kolkata, Patna, Ranchi, and Guwahati.Ensure alignment of all regional teams with national sales goals and Bhionix Group’s growth strategies.Strengthen leadership capacity in Tier-2/3 digital transformation hubs.2. Revenue Generation & Target DeliveryOwn and deliver quarterly and annual revenue targets.Drive enterprise and government closures across IT services, SaaS, ERP, AI, drone tech, and automation platforms.Build multi-sector pipelines covering education, PSU, government, logistics, healthcare, and smart city initiatives.3. Strategic Market ExpansionDesign and execute localized GTM strategies for each state in Eastern India.Identify emerging high-potential cities and industry clusters.Lead full-cycle B2B and B2G sales—from prospecting to negotiation and closure.4. CXO-Level Client EngagementBuild and maintain relationships with CXOs, senior bureaucrats, directors, and institutional decision-makers.Deliver impactful demos, technical presentations, and executive consultations.Position Bhionix Group as a trusted long-term innovation partner.5. Team Hiring & DevelopmentBuild, manage, and scale high-performing regional sales teams.Lead structured training, capability development, and performance evaluations.Create a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.6. Business Intelligence & ReportingConsolidate regional KPIs, pipeline metrics, and sales forecasts.Provide insightful, data-driven reports to the Country Sales Head.Track competition, pricing trends, and market dynamics across Eastern India.7. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Delivery, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams.Ensure smooth onboarding, project execution, and client satisfaction.Share customer feedback to influence product innovation and strategy.8. Industry Outreach & RepresentationRepresent Bhionix Group at regional expos, IT summits, smart city forums, and business conferences.Build partnerships with MSMEs, IT parks, chambers of commerce, and incubators.Strengthen Bhionix’s presence in Eastern India’s technology and government ecosystem.Daily ActivitiesReview and monitor city-wise pipelines and opportunities.Approve proposals, pricing, and high-value negotiation strategies.Conduct client visits across government, enterprise, and institutional sectors.Lead weekly regional huddles and team performance check-ins.Share progress reports and strategic inputs with the Country Sales Head.QualificationsEducationBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field.MBA preferred.Experience6–10 years in IT/SaaS/consulting sales.Minimum 3 years in regional leadership roles handling multi-state operations.Strong exposure to Eastern India’s government, enterprise, and institutional ecosystem.Key SkillsStrong regional sales leadership and multi-team management.Expertise in B2B and B2G technology sales.Excellent consultative selling and CXO negotiation skills.Proficient in CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce) and data-driven KPI dashboards.Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional language (Odia/Bengali/Assamese).Why Join Bhionix Group?Lead Bhionix Group’s growth in one of India’s most dynamic and fast-growing regions.Drive digital transformation across education, healthcare, smart cities, logistics, and enterprise IT.Rapid career growth opportunities, including national leadership roles.Be part of a visionary technology group shaping India’s digital and AI-driven future.
