This role requires strong enterprise relationships, government contracting experience, and the ability to manage high-growth state teams across 10+ key cities.Key Responsibilities1. Regional Sales LeadershipLead Sales Managers across Jaipur, Gandhinagar, Panaji, Mumbai, and Bhopal.Oversee city-level execution in Ahmedabad, Surat, Pune, and Mumbai.Ensure all teams operate in sync with national sales targets and Bhionix Group’s strategic vision.2. Revenue & Target ManagementOwn quarterly and annual revenue targets for Western India.Build and maintain a robust pipeline across IT, SaaS, ERP, AI, cloud, and digital transformation opportunities.Drive consistent closures across enterprise, government, PSU, SME, and startup segments.3. Strategic Planning & Market PenetrationDevelop state-specific GTM plans tailored to healthcare, hospitality, education, energy, manufacturing, and government sectors.Expand market reach into emerging hubs and technology clusters in Western India.Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.4. Client Relationship & Key Account ManagementEngage with CXOs, directors, IT heads, and government decision-makers.Lead proposal creation, demos, RFP responses, and competitive pitching.Ensure sustained growth through cross-selling, upselling, and long-term client retention.5. Performance Monitoring & ReportingAnalyze KPIs, pipeline health, conversion metrics, and state-level performance.Provide weekly and monthly MIS reports to the Country Sales Head.Recommend strategic actions to accelerate regional growth.6. Talent Development & Team BuildingHire, train, and mentor state sales leads across Western India.Conduct skill-building workshops, training sessions, and performance reviews.Build a high-performance, accountable sales culture.7. Cross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with Delivery, Product, Finance, and Marketing teams to ensure smooth execution and client satisfaction.Share market insights to help shape product roadmap and marketing initiatives.8.
