About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic and strategic MSP Sales Manager to drive growth in our Managed Service Provider (MSP) division, focused exclusively on education staffing solutions. This role will be responsible for identifying, developing, and securing MSP partnerships with large public school districts and educational organizations, particularly in the special education and related services space.You will serve as a trusted advisor to district leaders, helping them streamline staffing operations, gain workforce visibility, and improve service delivery through our comprehensive MSP solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development: Identify, pursue, and close new MSP opportunities with large school districts and education systems nationwide.Consultative Selling: Lead high-level conversations with superintendents, special education directors, procurement leaders, and HR executives to understand their workforce challenges and tailor managed service solutions.Proposal & Contracting: Drive the RFP process, develop customized proposals, and negotiate contract terms aligned to client needs and organizational goals.Partnership Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, industry partners, and internal delivery teams.Market Intelligence: Monitor trends in K–12 education, staffing models, and legislative changes impacting workforce solutions in special education.Collaboration: Partner with operations, implementation, and marketing teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and long-term success.Sales Goals: Achieve or exceed annual sales and growth targets for the education MSP vertical.Qualifications5+ years working within MSP environments (Required).Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisitionStrong track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to translate operational challenges into managed service solutions.Strong financial acumen and contract negotiation expertise.Comfortable navigating RFP and procurement processes.Mindset: Entrepreneurial, strategic thinker with a passion for improving education through innovative workforce solutions.Why Join UsBe part of a first-to-market MSP built exclusively for education.Influence how school systems nationwide approach special education staffing and workforce management.Competitive base salary + uncapped commission + comprehensive benefits.Mission-driven culture focused on impact, partnership, and innovation.
