Regional Sales Manager - Malaysia (Open to Expats)

We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager - Malaysia (Open to Expats) to drive sales growth and manage key customer relationships across Malaysia. This role focuses on mechanical and plastic components, including parts and stock shapes, and requires a strong blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen.What You'll Do:Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business in APAC and global marketsBuild and maintain relationships with key accounts and strategic partnersCollaborate with Engineering to prepare quotations, proposals, and pricing strategiesHandle complex sales scenarios and negotiate high-value dealsMonitor market trends and identify growth opportunitiesEnsure timely follow-up on inquiries, orders, and quotationsWhat We're Looking For:Degree in Material Science, Chemistry, Polymer Engineering, or related field10 years in sales management or technical sales, preferably in plastics or machining including minimum 5 years of managerial roleStrong understanding of stock shapes, machined parts, and CNC/fabrication processesExcellent communication and negotiation skillsProficient in ERP/SAP systems
