Job Description职位概要领导销售增长,发展销售代表的技能和管理区域成本。主要职责完成销售策略以确保销售目标。从前线收集业务洞察,发现销售增长机会,并向大区销售经理提供相关建议。使用规范的行为方式,全面、正确地执行公司的销售计划和计划,确保结果。通过每日、每周、每月的盘点,收集前线区域最新的库存信息,完成相关行动和活动,确保结果。根据区域销售和订单预测建立区域销售和订单预测。建立区域经销商发展战略,优先发展重点城市的关键潜在经销商,以支持销售目标的增长。根据公司的标准、方针和标准对经销商进行管理,确保区域内的经销商工作高效。岗位要求大学本科以上学历,5 年以上动物保健品公司销售管理经验优先;有数据分析经验、 有线下销售渠道开发经验;具有丰富的线下经销商开发和维护知识和能力;较强的执行力,完成销售目标;较强的分析能力,能根据数据得出结论并提出计划。具有较强的商业判断和决策能力;能够识别、确定优先级、并清晰表达高影响的计划;独立工作,能在经常出差的情况下安排工作;熟练使用 PowerPoint、Excel、Project 等相关软件#IncludingYouDiversity, equity, inclusion and belonging are cornerstones of ADM’s efforts to continue innovating, driving growth, and delivering outstanding performance.
