Job Description:The Sales Manager will execute agreed sales plans and strategies across the local businesses and partners in the country following guidelines of the Company. SM initiates the opportunities and plays an active role in creating the future. Curious, open-minded, Innovates & facilitates new ideas & initiatives. Flexible, dynamic, thinks through different possibilities. Main Duties and Responsibilities: Daily, weekly, and monthly analysis of sales, sell-outs, costs, and other KPIs to plan actions accordingly and implement them to lead to positive sales results. Continuously searches for new business development opportunities, establishes new business relationships & partnerships ensuring the most beneficial terms & conditions for the company. Visit points of sale assigned partners to follow up on the product presentation, marketing materials and other agreements. Prepares offer proposals for the assigned partners. Communicates approved activities, promotional plans, and trade activities with customers for assigned portfolio. Plans and manage stock levels including demand planning to ensure enough goods are available to meet customer’s needs. Conducts regular competitor’s analysis & collects feedback from partners to evaluate strengths & points for improvements in the product portfolio, conditions, price policy, services offered, etc. Proposes ideas for reactions to competitors’ actions in the market. Contributes to annual sales budgets & plan creation for the Sales Department. Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure their requirements are met and provide professional advice. Plans and monitors activities to expand the customer database. Searches for new, external sources that could increase the customer database. Ensures a constant supply of the customer database. Participates in project groups to ensure that the final product meets the customer desired requirements and quality standards. Provides and offers suggestions on how to improve the content and makes sure that deadlines are met. Builds relationships on mutual respect & trust with the main business partners. Contribute to the projects and aims to build synergy with local aluminum processors, wholesalers and constructors. Qualifications and Skills Required: Minimum 2 years of experience in developing new business relationships with partners and maintaining existing ones to ensure adequate sales of products across the local market. Knowledge of direct sales in the construction industry is an advantage. Strong negotiation skills.Strong communication skills: the ability to listen, understand others, express correctly, and convey the right message to the right audience at the right time. Strong relationship builder & networker. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills: the ability to identify an issue, evaluate the situation, produce the best possible solution to save time and money, make necessary adjustments, and keep the project moving. Strong user of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Category B driving license. Willingness to travel (travelling expected). English language required.
