Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Frankfurt am Main with some work-from-home flexibility. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing sales activities, developing and executing sales strategies, identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Additionally, the Regional Sales Manager will analyze market trends, prepare sales reports, and collaborate with marketing department to ensure customer satisfaction and achievement of sales targets. Qualifications Sales management and Business development skillsClient relationship building and Customer service skillsMarket analysis and Strategic planning skillsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsFamiliarity with sustainable building practices is a plusBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related fieldAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience in the construction or timber industry is preferred
