Manages adversity well and adapts.Quick to adapt approach and act flexibly in response to changes in the strategic and/or operational direction of the organizationQualifications You will require the following qualifications and skills Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management or related fieldMinimum 7 years of relevant working experience in sales, client-facing role.Proven track record in achieving sales target and managing team across multiple locations or territories Strong leadership and team management capabilities Strategical thinking with the ability to translate business goals into actionable sales plansProfieciency in using CRM tools, sales analytics platform Has the ability of analytical mindset to interpret market data, sales reports and customer insightsStrong presentation skills, planning, organization, strategic and analytical thinking.Ability to handle customer complaints and/or requests with a sense of urgency and could be impartial and objective.Team player, adaptable and versatile in working styleIndependent, energetic, passionate, proactive, customer focus, and results-oriented.Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
