With offices in the US, Europe, and Singapore, They are expanding footprint across APAC and seeking a high-performing sales to drive growth.Role OverviewAs Regional Sales Manager/ Director - APAC, reporting to the head of APAC, you will be responsible for acquiring and expanding relationships with sell-side banking and capital markets clients across the region. This is a hunter role for someone who thrives on building new business, navigating complex sales cycles, and delivering strategic technology solutions to investment banking and trading desks.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute the sales strategy for APAC, targeting Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, broker-dealers, and capital markets firmsIdentify and engage senior decision-makers across trading, risk, operations, and technology functionsDrive full-cycle enterprise sales: prospecting, pitching, negotiating, and closingCollaborate with pre-sales, product, and executive teams to tailor solutions and accelerate adoptionRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings across the regionMaintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecastingThe Successful ApplicantRequirementsMinimum 10 years of enterprise sales experience in capital markets technology, trading platforms, or investment banking solutionsProven track record of selling into sell-side institutions across APACDeep understanding of trading workflows, risk management, and operations in capital marketsHunter mentality with strong networking, negotiation, and closing skillsBased in Singapore with willingness to travel across APACExcellent communication and executive presenceWhat's On OfferBase salary up to SGD 250,000, with additional commission opportunities that can double the base.Permanent role within a reputable company in the business services industry.Opportunities for professional growth and career development.Engaging company culture that values performance and innovation.Exposure to a competitive and rewarding market in London.Take the next step in your career as a Regional Sales Director and make an impact in London.
