The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for implementing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and building relationships with clients. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and generating reports. The Regional Sales Manager will be required to travel within the designated region and attend industry events and trade shows.QualificationsProven experience in sales, Industrial selling business development, and client relationship managementExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to analyze sales data and market trendsIndustry-specific knowledge and experience are a plus ( Hydraulics & Fluid Power )Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales/Marketing, or a related field (Recommended but not required)Willingness to travel within the designated regionProficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite
