Company Description Isla Petroleum & Gas Corporation (IP&G) is a joint venture company formed by Isla Petroleum and Energy Company Ltd. and Itochu Corporation of Japan. Incorporated in 2011 under the laws of the Republic of Philippines, IP&G specializes in the acquisition, supply, trading, marketing, and distribution of liquefied petroleum gas (LPG). With its principal office located in Makati City, Metro Manila, IP&G focuses on serving both the local and international LPG markets. Role Description The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for developing, managing, and achieving the sales targets within the designated region. This full-time, on-site role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders, building relationships with clients, monitoring market trends, and analyzing sales reports. The Head Office is located in Makati. QualificationsSolid sales and account management experienceStrong communication and negotiation skillsStrategic planning and market analysis skillsProficiency with CRM software and sales reporting toolsAbility to lead and motivate a sales teamBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fieldExperience in the energy or LPG industry is a plus
