Our unwavering commitment to reliability is at the forefront of our product development lifecycles.TasksIndependently develop and onboard B2B clients for new energy products through multiple channels, including direct outreach and collaboration with industry distributorsDrive regional business growth from 0 to 1 in Bologna and central Italy, with willingness to travel across Italy and other European countriesManage key accounts, respond to client needs, and deliver tailored energy solutions in coordination with technical teamsMonitor market trends and customer feedback to continuously refine sales strategy and improve customer satisfactionOther work assigned by the leadershipRequirementsBachelor's degree or above, majoring in power electronics, electrical automation or other engineering disciplines is preferredAt least 1 year of channel sales experience, preferably in solar or power solutionsProficiency in written and spoken English and GermanStrong negotiation, communication, analytical skills, and good professional ethics
