Job Description

Job ResponsibilitiesCollect competitor information and product requirements, and combine the development of existing channels to independently propose and output potential customer profiles for the responsible region. Analyze the market status, formulate product, channel, and promotion strategies that align with the current sales target, and submit the customer information collection form for the responsible region.Independently prepare sales forecast forms for the responsible customers, identify budget gaps, and implement actions based on the target review form under the guidance of superiors.Take full responsibility for business negotiations in the responsible region, including preparing pre-negotiation materials, drafting in-negotiation minutes, and implementing post-negotiation action plans.Understand and implement the company’s channel strategies, pricing strategies, product strategies, and promotion strategies to ensure the effective implementation of these strategies and achieve the current sales target.Master the work scope within the business domain, identify the connection between data and work/business, collect data in a timely manner, and accumulate the company’s database.Job RequirementsWork Experience: 3+ years of channel distribution experience in the medical industry (medical consumables preferred, medical equipment second).Business trips:able to adapt to high-frequency business trips (60%-70% of working time).Competencies: Strong communication and influence skills, ambition and learning agility, logical and structured thinking, solid planning and organization abilities, and good team collaboration skills.
