We are looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager (RSM) to join our successful Philippines Sales team, based in Manila or surrounding cities. You will win revenue from; i) IoT customers directly, ii) by working closely with MNOs iii) and through distributors/SIs. We guarantee FAE, product, engineering, internal sales, and customer success team will provide excellent support to you and your customers will enjoy the best quality products and support in the industry. We believe that your background is in a similar position with experience from Philippines customers, knowing MNOs/MVNOs and IoT OEM market. You need to be a true team player who always cares to win business, love selling, and meeting customers; a great communicator who can establish tight relations with customers and MNOs. You shall enjoy being successful and over-achieve targets. We expect you to be able to drive yourself, establish customer relations by yourself. This is an individual contributor role. To win is your passion – to succeed is your goal! Key Responsibilities 1. Creating new opportunities, visiting customers directly, promote and sell Quectel product(s) and Services for IoT market. 2. Establish, enhance, and maintain relationships with MNOs so they recommend Quectel products to their customers. 3. Experience in CRM tools. 4. Powerful sense of urgency and experience in deadline driven roles 5. Self-driven, strong skills in the areas of motivation, relationship building, and excellent communication skills. Who are we looking for? - Experience in selling Connectivities and ODM services to MNOs, IoT OEMs, and/or MSPs/SIs. - Selling experience in ODM and Connectivities businesses(e.g.,SIM Connectivities, PAAS/SAAS, PCBA and/or turnkey solutions). - Aggressive hunting style sales with proven track records of sales revenue. - Excellent communicator with the ability to build, enhance and maintain relationships with customers and distributors. - Self-starter, with the ability to think innovatively and work independently. - A high level of business acumen - Ability to collaborate with people across different cultures and nationalities. - The drive and commitment to achieve personal and company goals. Requirements: Required • 3-10 years of experience in electronics wireless industries (preferably on wireless applications, SIM connectivities and PAAS/SAAS platform) • Strong interest in IoT applications and factory automation • Excellent presentation and negotiation skills and good written and verbal communication • Fluent in English and local languages (written and oral) • Prepared to travel regularly to customer premises
