This role requires strong leadership, analytical, and strategic planning skills to drive business growth and ensure operational excellence.Requirements- Proven experience as an Area/Regional Manager in the smartphone industry.- Strong communication, negotiation, and critical thinking skills.- Proactive problem solver with the ability to execute and implement plans effectively.- Proficient in market and data analysis with strong forecasting skills.- Fluency in English (speaking, writing, listening) is essential.- Able to lead as a region owner, not just as support.Job Description- Oversee all regional responsibilities including sales targets, sell-through, strategic planning, branding, HR, data analysis, and stock management.- Provide direct communication with management regarding market trends, competitor analysis, and internal/external situations to achieve positive results.- Engage in direct communication and negotiation with dealers/partners to drive outcomes.- Handle internal and external problem-solving as a region owner.- Support all divisions to enhance business within the region.- Build regional revenue by focusing on specific products, optimizing handling and support.
