We deliver tailored services and solutions that help practices run smoothly, improve efficiency, and enhance patient care.We’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Regional Sales Representative to join our team and help expand our reach across Tennessee and Kentucky.What You’ll DoAs a Regional Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of The Hughes Alan Group. You’ll identify and connect with independent medical practices, learn about their challenges, and demonstrate how our services can make their operations more efficient and effective.You’ll thrive in this role if you love building authentic relationships, are motivated by results, and have a passion for helping healthcare professionals succeed.Key Responsibilities:Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and growth goalsIdentify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and referralsCultivate long-term, trust-based relationships with healthcare providers and practice managersCollaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless client service and tailored solutionsAnalyze market conditions and client feedback to inform strategy and identify competitive advantagesDeliver clear, compliant, and compelling presentations to potential clientsMaintain detailed records of all activities, including calls, meetings, sales, and follow-upsEnsure all sales activities align with company policies and healthcare compliance standardsWhat You BringExcellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skillsProven ability to build rapport with healthcare professionalsOrganized, self-motivated, and adaptable in a fast-paced environmentStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM toolsPreferred Background:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field2–4 years of successful sales experience (healthcare industry preferred)Experience developing sales territories and growth strategiesWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + commissionComprehensive benefits package, including:401(k) with company matchHealth, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurancePaid time offTravel reimbursementAdditional DetailsTravel within Tennessee and Kentucky required (personal vehicle + valid driver’s license)Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs occasionally and work at a computer for extended periods Join a company that values relationships, integrity, and excellence.
