Regional SAP Business Analyst (SCM)

We stand for fruitful innovation, high quality, best service and qualified employees.We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst (SAP) with a strong focus on Supply Chain Management (SCM) to support a major SAP implementation project and drive continuous improvement post go-live.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Phase:Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP SCM modules (MM, SD, PP, WM, etc.).Collaborate with stakeholders and SAP consultants to ensure accurate process mapping.Participate in workshops, fit-gap analysis, and solution design.Support data migration, UAT, training, and change management activities.Develop test cases, user manuals, and SOPs.Post Go-Live / BAU:Provide first-line support for SAP SCM-related issues.Monitor performance and identify optimization opportunities.Manage master data, change requests, and minor projects.Deliver training and documentation for new users and process changes.Support cross-regional SAP incident resolution.Your ProfileExperience: 4–7 years as a Business Analyst in ERP environments, ideally SAP-focused.Expertise: Strong knowledge of supply chain processes and SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, WM).Skills: Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, IT, or related field; SAP certification preferred.Languages: High proficiency in Korean and English.Why Join AGRANA?Work on international projects in a dynamic environment.Opportunity to shape processes and drive innovation.Long-term career prospects in a global organization.👉 Interested?
