In addition to regular pipeline reviews and escalations, the Regional Solutions Manager will continually seek out breakdowns within Freedom's operations process, to then communicate those breakdowns, including proposed solutions, to leadership. A successful Regional Solutions Manager will have a clear understanding of Freedom’s sales and installation process, be solutions driven and possess a keen attention to detail. This role will report to the Manager of Sales Support and will work closely with Project Specialists and various other personnel.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Triage complex projects, create practical solutions, initiate proper action, and follow through to ensure project progressionDevelop rapport with Regional Operations Team Leaders within the assigned dealer or segment, fostering a positive environment focused on project progression, trend correction, and installation velocity.Conduct bi-weekly meetings with regional sales managers to improve realization rates, address challenges, and align on process improvements.Act as the liaison between Freedom’s internal operations teams and network of third-party dealers to provide overall process improvement for Freedom Forever OperationsIdentify gaps in processes and contribute to the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency.Help identify trends within the installation process that negatively impacts project realization and velocity and present findings to operations and sales teamsMeet daily expectations as set out and communicated by managementProactively communicate pertinent project updates with Sales, Branch and HQ OperationsParticipate in team meetings, discussions and other activities as required to support theteam and improve the quality of the operationPerform other duties as assignedQualification RequirementsEducation & Certifications:High School Graduate or GED equivalentExperience2+ years of solar sales support experience required2+ years of customer service experience requiredKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesAbility to work a rotating schedule- including early mornings, late evenings, holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are required.Must be able to operate a computer and other communications equipment (i.e. phone, instant messaging, video conferencing, email, etc.)Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in a professional and effective manner, both verbally and writtenA perpetual focus on operational excellence and ability to persevere in an occasionally high stress environmentMaintain tact and professionalism when dealing with difficult/irate people and those in stressful situationsFollow written and verbal directions, policies, and proceduresAbility to work with frequent interruptionsDevelop and maintain cooperative, effective working relationships with othersBasic clerical and typing skillsAbility to multitaskComputer literate and typing skills of at least 35 words per minuteExcellent communication, customer service, attention to detail and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress in a high-level environmentDemonstrates a sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlinesMust be highly organized and able to multitask on several projects at a timeStrong client-facing and teamwork skillsPhysical Demands And AbilitiesRegularly spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computersRegularly move from sitting to standing positions effortlesslyRegularly spend long hours in intense concentration reviewing and entering financial information into a computerRegularly use hands and fingers to handle, control or feel objectsRegularly see details of objects that are less than a few feet awayRegularly speak clearly so listeners can understandRegularly understand the speech of another personFrequently work on projects that require deadlinesFrequently bend to file and maintain filesOccasionally lift 5-10 poundsREQUISITOS DE VIAJE (El empleado debe viajar por motivos de negocios, sin incluir el viaje hacia y desde el trabajo).Si es necesario viajar, debe tener una licencia de conducir/seguro válidos y la capacidad de conducir un vehículo personal a diferentes sitios.Debido a la naturaleza de este puesto, los antecedentes penales pueden tener una relación directa, adversa y negativa con cada una de las funciones enumeradas, lo que podría dar lugar a la retirada de una oferta condicional de empleo.Freedom Forever es un empleador que ofrece igualdad de oportunidades.
