In addition to regular pipeline reviews and escalations, the Regional Solutions Manager will continually seek out breakdowns within Freedom's operations process, to then communicate those breakdowns, including proposed solutions, to leadership. A successful Regional Solutions Manager will have a clear understanding of Freedom’s sales and installation process, be solutions driven and possess a keen attention to detail.
