Regional trainer

Role PurposeThe Regional Trainer strengthens frontline performance across the region by developing store teams’ service, selling, product and operational skills. This role designs and delivers impactful training that supports brand and seasonal priorities, boosts store KPIs, improves loss prevention and safety standards, and accelerates onboarding for new hires and new store openings. The RT works closely with Retail Directors, District Managers, HR, Product/Merchandising and VM teams to ensure training is targeted, measurable, and aligned with Retailors’ service and training programs.Your ResponsibilitiesPlan and deliver training for stores across the territory (customer service, selling skills, product knowledge, store operations).Partner with Global L&D to roll out new training programs and service standards.Lead the onboarding journey for new team members (day 1 to day 30).Develop in-store trainers and build a network of “training champions.”Support new store openings and remodels with pre-opening training and on-floor coaching.Provide on-the-floor coaching and practical feedback to Store Managers and teams.Train teams on operational procedures (cash handling, stockroom, health & safety, data protection).Work closely with HR, Operations and IT on training for new systems and tools.Track progress, report results, and continuously improve training effectiveness.Our Requirements3 years in multi-site retail training, field coaching, or store leadership(Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager/Coach) with proven results.Strong facilitation, coaching, and adult-learning design skills; ability to simplify andoperationalize.Data-literate: can translate KPIs into training priorities and measure impact.Proficient with Excel/PowerPoint.Languages: Polish and English (professional working proficiency).What We OfferBe part of a dynamic, global, premium brand retailer.Career development/advancement opportunities.Competitive compensation based on experience/knowledge.Benefits: Private medical care, Mybenefit platform, Nike products discount, pension.
