More about the job...We are now looking for a Regional Retail Trainer to support our Scandinavian stores. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a few years of training experience and a background in retail, hospitality, or a similar customer-focused industry who is ready to take the next step in their career and grow into a regional role.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver engaging, high-quality training sessions to store teams both in person and virtually. Conduct in-store training 3–4 days per week to equip teams with the skills to provide an exceptional customer experience.Roll out training programs while continuously improving them using feedback and insights from the field. Support Regional Managers by developing their leadership and coaching capabilities, acting as a trusted sparring partner. Ensure seamless knowledge transfer from training sessions into day-to-day store operations. Complete administrative tasks related to training, including reports and tracking progress. Analyze business and people metrics to identify skill gaps and propose effective learning solutions. Build and nurture strong relationships at all levels of the organization.Collaborate closely with the broader Learning & Development team to align on training strategies and business objectives.
