Regional Treasury Specialist

Job DescriptionAssist in developing and executing the Bank’s regional treasury strategy end-to-end by collaborating with key stakeholders across the organiation.Collaborate with various regional teams to identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.Manage banking relationships and establish counterparty lines, including overseeing the completion of relevant documentation for bank matters.Participate in Treasury projects to automate cash flow reporting, regional rollout and any other specific projects.Lead the development and enhancement of the Treasury Management System (TMS) as a product owner, overseeing all phases from requirements gathering, technical development, test case design, and rollout to post-launch improvements and iterations.RequirementsMin 5 years of experience in trading operations/treasury experience, preferably in a banking environment.Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance.Good knowledge of a wide range of treasury products and related operations.Possesses strong collaboration and consensus building mentality.Good problem resolution and communication skills.Familiarity with treasury management systems and automation tools.Advanced proficiency in Excel, Python and SQL (preferred).
