Job Description

Responsibilities:Identify, prospect, and onboard new clients (B2B) for new energy products, achieve regional sales target.Manage key accounts, address inquiries and promote power solutions effectively.Gather and analyze market trends, customer needs to refine sales strategiesWork closely with technical and Support teams to resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.Other work assigned by the leadership.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in power electronics, electrical automation or other engineering disciplines is preferred.At least 2 years of channel sales experience, preferably in solar or power solutions.Speaking, reading and writing English and Polish.Strong negotiation, communication, analytical skills, with good professional ethics.About the Company:KSTAR has more than 4500 employees and 18 overseas branch offices in different countries and has offered high quality products and nice service to more than 100 countries all over the world.
