Main Responsibilities : Manage the registration system (setup, testing, updates, troubleshooting).Oversee participant data accuracy, including payments, categories, and personal details.Respond promptly and professionally to participant inquiries through phone and email.Send Official Communication – Draft and send race-related informationPrepare and send registration-related email campaignsPrepare registration reports, analytics, and daily/weekly updates for management.Handle escalated registration inquiries and special participant requests.Draft and review participant email informationProvide assistance before and during events, ensuring smooth check-in and resolving participant issues.Skills & Job Requirements :Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or a related field preferred.1–3 years in registration, customer service, or event support.Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.Fluency in Arabic and English.Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends and event days.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle high volumes of messages.MS Office, basic CRM/registration systems.
