We are seeking a Registry Officer to join a busy environment where you will play a vital role in supporting delivering efficient services to clients and stakeholders. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide information and assistance to clients in person, over the phone, and in writing. Assist in preparing matters for hearing, including documentation, scheduling interpreters, organising travel, and making arrangements for clients with special needs. Deliver a wide range of administrative and clerical services such as data entry, filing, photocopying, mail distribution, and record keeping.
Draft and prepare routine correspondence, ensuring accuracy and compliance with style and presentation standards. Maintain tribunal files and manage case information in the case management system. Escalate complex matters appropriately while ensuring service standards are met. Collaborate with colleagues across divisions to provide high-quality client services. About YouStrong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain professional and respectful in sensitive or challenging situations. Proficient in using databases and case management systems (or willing to learn).
A proactive team player with a strong customer service focus. Essential RequirementsProficiency with Microsoft Office or similar applications. Up-to-date COVID-19 vaccination status (must be able to provide proof). MUST HAVE clear police check, Australian Permanent Residency or citizenship and reside in NSW.
