Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Regulatory Responsible Person & Company Administrator. The individual will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, meeting regulatory requirements, and managing regulatory affairs. Additional tasks include company administration, analytical assessments, communication with regulatory bodies, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of applicable regulations. The role involves collaborating with various departments and external partners to ensure regulatory standards are met consistently.Main responsibilities of the role:Ensure all key processes of finance, logistics, regulatory and administration of the company are executed according to laws and regulationsExecute all regulatory activities timely and successfully (submissions for new MAs, MAs renewals, pricing, reimbursement, FBAs etc)Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.Work with management to determine short and long-term goalsIdentify and address problems and opportunities for the companyQualificationsThe successful candidate should have:Bachelor's degree in PharmacyAt least 2 years experience in the pharmaceutical market in Regulatory AffairsStrong understanding of business needsStrong collaboration and communication skillsStrong Analytical SkillsEnglish language requiredAbility to work in multinational environmentAbility to work independently and remotelyExcellent problem-solving abilitiesExcellent computer knowledge
