Job BriefThe Relationship Executive is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clientsunderstanding their needs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction to support sales growthand client retention Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that align with company offeringsAct as the main point of contact for client inquiries, complaints, and service support Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and high service standards Assist in achieving sales targets by identifying new opportunities and upselling services Conduct regular client visits and follow-ups to maintain client engagement and loyaltyMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records and sales reports Support marketing and promotional activities to enhance client interaction.
