Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking (UAEN)

We deliver industry insights and customized solutions to create a banking relationship our clients can trust to take their business forward.Key Responsibilities:Proactively manage relationships with corporate clients and take accountability for the establishment and maintenance of key relationships to leverage business achievementAcquire new Corporate clients in line with approved department strategiesApply for necessary credit approval and book approved transactions. Enhance overall business through cross sellEnsure preparation of compelling proposals that will meet the bank policies and customer needs and negotiate their acceptanceEnsure appropriate risk analysis and risk/returns assessments is carried out to recommend timely remedial actions, wherever appropriateProactively manage relationships with customers and take personal responsibility for the establishment and maintenance of key relationships to leverage business achievementRegularly review account performance and make appropriate recommendations for optimizing returnsEnsure compliance with the bank’s approved policies, procedures and norms to protect the organization's and customer’s interestsManage a team of competent relationship managers and their performance to deliver targeted results and high levels of serviceRequired Qualification & Experience:Bachelor's degreeMinimum 2 years of experience in corporate banking (coverage)Comprehensive understanding of various banking products, including treasury and capital markets, cash management, and trade financeStrong interpersonal skills to build and maintain quality & relationships
