Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The Relationship Manager will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their goals. Day-to-day tasks include client acquisition, portfolio management, cross-selling financial products, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. This role also involves staying up-to-date with financial market trends and helping clients navigate their financial decisions effectively. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain client relationshipsAbility to analyze financial data and provide tailored investment and financial product recommendationsSales and negotiation skills to promote financial services and achieve business targetsKnowledge of financial products, portfolio management, and market trendsCustomer service orientation and ability to understand clients' financial objectivesBachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related fieldRelevant experience in financial services, banking, or client relationship managementProfessional certification such as CFA, CFP, or equivalent is an added advantageProficiency in relevant financial software and tools is highly desirable
