Relationship Manager

We are seeking Relationship Managers to join a growing financial institution in Dubai. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with SME and corporate clients, promoting deposit and liability products, and achieving monthly business targets.Key Responsibilities:Acquire new SME and corporate clients to grow deposit portfolios.Understand client needs and offer tailored deposit and cash management solutions.Manage relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Meet monthly liquidity and business targets.Ensure compliance with KYC and AML requirements.Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Marketing, or related discipline.5–7 years’ banking sales experience in liabilities or deposits.Strong knowledge of UAE SME and corporate segments.Excellent sales, communication, and negotiation skills.Persistent, customer-focused, and target-driven.
