Job Description

Our client, a tier 1 bank, is seeking an experienced Senior Private Banker to focus on covering CIS clients, particularly from Kazakhstan. The individual would be based in either Switzerland, London or LuxembourgThis role is focused on building a portfolio of high-net-worth (HNWI) and ultra-high-net-worth (UHNWI) clients. The successful candidate will leverage a comprehensive suite of private banking and wealth management products, including lending, to deliver bespoke financial strategies aligned with client objectivesKey Responsibilities:Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of particularly Kazakhstan HNWI/UHNWI clients ensuring tailored wealth management solutions that meet their financial goalsOur client would also be interested in an individual with a portfolio of clients from Uzbekistan, Azerbaijan, Georgia or Armenia, in addition to a focus on KazakhstanIdentify and cultivate new client relationships within the market, demonstrating expertise in client acquisition and relationship buildingProvide personalized strategies, leveraging the bank’s full suite of products and services, including lendingAct as a subject matter expert on the relevant regions, ensuring deep cultural and financial knowledge to deliver exceptional client serviceQualifications:Minimum of 8 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing HNWI/UHNWI clientsDemonstrated success in client acquisition and portfolio growth within the CIS marketCandidates should have an existing transferable portfolio of CIS clientsStrong understanding of financial products and services, including lending and wealth management solutions
