Ready for an exciting NEW adventure?We are offering a new position at our NORQAIN HQ in Nidau (Biel/Bienne) as per nowTasksYour responsibilitiesLead the preparation and consolidation of annual and quarterly financial statements for HQ and all boutique entities, ensuring full compliance with relevant accounting standards and deadlines.Ensure statutory compliance, including timely VAT reporting and reconciliation, and act as the main point of contact for external auditors, leading and coordinating the annual audit process.Drive financial controlling and performance analysis across HQ and boutiques, delivering actionable insights to management and continuously improving financial transparency.Act as a strategic partner to boutique and subsidiary leaders, providing both operational and financial guidance beyond traditional controlling functions.Implement, and optimize finance-related processes and internal controls, ensuring operational efficiency, scalability, and alignment with group objectivesLead Planning Processes: Further develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and reporting activities.System Involvement: Collaborate in the further development of Microsoft Business Central and the implementation of BI/reporting solutions (e.g. Power BI).Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in financial and controlling processes.RequirementsUniversity degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling or equivalent education.Further education such as MAS in Controlling or Certified Expert in Accounting and Controlling (Swiss Federal Diploma).Several years of experience as a Senior Controller or Accounting Lead, with proven expertise in financial statement preparation and audit coordination, ideally gained in an international environment (experience in the luxury goods or watch industry is an advantage).Excellent user knowledge of Microsoft Business Central (required), MS Excel, and ideally Power BI.Strong analytical skills, high affinity for numbers, and quick comprehension.Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude.Native German speaker with good command of English.
