Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship ManagementAct as the main point of contact for key clients, ensuring timely communication and trust-based partnerships.Understand client vision, requirements, and budget, and translate them into clear deliverables for the design team.Lead client presentations, negotiations, and project updates, ensuring professional representation of EVA Interiors.Project & Design CoordinationWork closely with Designers, Project Managers, and Planning Engineers to ensure design intent aligns with project execution.Track project milestones, deadlines, and deliverables; proactively identify risks and ensure timely resolution.Support the technical and commercial teams in preparing proposals, design revisions, and contractual documents.Ensure compliance with EVA Interiors’ SOPs and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.Business Development & Commercial GrowthDevelop and maintain long-term client relationships, identifying opportunities for repeat business and cross-selling.Contribute to proposal writing, RFP responses, and tender submissions.Partner with the Marketing & BD teams to enhance EVA Interiors’ brand visibility in the UAE design market.Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and client feedback to refine EVA’s client engagement strategy.Team Leadership & MentoringGuide junior Relationship Managers and support staff in managing client portfolios.Share best practices in client communication, project tracking, and conflict resolution.Support training initiatives for design and project teams to enhance client-centric service delivery.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s degree in interior design, Architecture, Project Management, or Business Administration (master’s preferred).7–10 years’ proven experience in client-facing roles within the interior design, architecture, or construction industry.Strong understanding of design processes, project delivery cycles, and commercial terms in the UAE market.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and exposure to design software (AutoCAD, 3D Max, Revit) is a plus.Skills & Competencies:Client-Centric Mindset: Strong ability to build trust and long-term partnerships.Business Acumen: Commercially savvy, with ability to align design solutions with client budgets and ROI.Leadership: Ability to guide and mentor junior team members.Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and resolution skills for handling escalations.Cultural Awareness: Familiarity with UAE’s diverse business and client landscape.EVA Interiors Values Alignment:Quality & Creativity: Uphold EVA’s reputation for innovative and high-standard designs.Accountability & Time Management: Deliver commitments reliably and professionally.Team Spirit & Communication: Work collaboratively with design and project teams.Practicality & Technical Excellence: Ensure feasible, cost-effective, and impactful design delivery.
