We’re now looking for a Real Estate Development Relationship Manager to represent our projects, engage with clients, and drive sales.Key Responsibilities:Represent and sell premium off-plan residential projectsConduct property viewings, deliver project presentations, and hold virtual/in-person client consultationsBuild and maintain a network of high-net-worth clients and investorsCollaborate with marketing and development teams to plan and execute sales strategiesConsistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIsCultivate and maintain strong relationships with brokers to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat businessMandatory Requirements:Minimum 2+ years of experience in Dubai real estate development salesProven track record in selling off-plan propertiesEstablished network of 150+ agencies & brokersFluent in English and at least one additional language (Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Mandarin, or French preferred)Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsValid UAE driving license and own vehicleAvailable for immediate joining or short noticeStrong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) softwareWhy Join Atara Development?At Atara, you’ll be part of a passionate team shaping some of the region’s most exciting developments.
