Role SummaryWe are partnering with one of the leading regional banks with a strong presence across Malaysia and Asia-Pacific, known for its excellence in wealth management and client advisory services.We’re seeking Wealth / Private Banking Relationship Managers who are passionate about building trusted relationships with high-net-worth clients and delivering holistic financial solutions that meet their evolving needs.This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable and growing financial institution offering strong brand presence, innovative products, and cross-border exposure.Core ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with existing High-Net-Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High-Net-Worth (UHNW) clients to increase Assets-Under-Management (AUM) and enhance cross-sell opportunities.Acquire new clients through networking, referrals, and strategic business development initiatives.Provide professional advisory services on investments, deposits, loans, insurance, and wealth management products.Stay informed on market developments, investment trends, and regulatory changes to support proactive client engagement.Uphold the highest standards of service, compliance, and professionalism in all client interactions.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related discipline.Minimum 2–5 years of experience in banking, wealth management, or relationship management (Private Banking or Priority Banking preferred).Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and client portfolio management.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with proven ability to engage HNW clients.Preferably holds certifications such as CFP, FIMM, PCE, CEILI, TBE, IPPC or Modules 6 & 7.Driven, proactive, and results-oriented with a strong sense of integrity and client focus.What We OfferOpportunity to join one of the leading regional banks with a strong brand and growing Wealth/Private Banking presence.Competitive base salary and attractive incentive scheme based on performance.Exposure to a diverse portfolio of affluent and HNW/UHNW clients.Access to a broad suite of wealth management products and investment solutions.Structured career development, ongoing training, and leadership pathways.Supportive and collaborative team culture with regional mobility opportunities.
