We continuously enhance customer and employee experience to ensure sustainable growth together.Join us and be part of MIFX as we ride the upcoming “big wave” in the trading industry.Become a part of Indonesia’s next big fintech!What you will do:Minimum 5 years of experience in the local futures brokerage industry.Must have a sales team of at least 3 people.Successfully managed business at the previous company with at least 50 active clients and a minimum margin of 1B IDR per month.Possesses a strong network of traders and referral partners (IB), with at least 100 contacts.Based in a major city such as Bali (highly preferred), Jakarta, Surabaya, Semarang, Pontianak, etc.Holds a minimum Bachelor’s Degree (D3/Diploma acceptable).TargetsAchieve 1.2B IDR margin.Deliver 1,000 settled lots.Able to recruit at least 3 Sales Executives within the first 2 months.What you will need:Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in any major (D3/S1).Preferably from Business, Finance, Economics, Management, or related fields.Strong understanding of futures trading, margin calculation, lot settlement, and basic risk management.Proficient in using trading platforms (MT4/MT5 or equivalent).Familiar with CRM systems, lead management tools, and sales tracking dashboards.Ability to analyze trading performance data, client activity, and sales metrics.Skilled in building and managing sales pipelines, forecasting, and reporting.Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and communication tools.
