Our goal is to connect clients with exceptional investment opportunities and build lasting relationships grounded in trust, transparency, and performance.Role OverviewAs a Relationship Manager at Elevate, you will play a key role in driving business growth through proactive client engagement, strategic market analysis, and closing high-value property transactions. You will be responsible for cultivating strong networks, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify and prospect potential clients while analysing market trends to capitalise on new opportunities.Plan, execute, and achieve monthly sales targets within defined timeframes.Lead negotiation processes, ensuring transparent and mutually beneficial agreements.Develop new business opportunities across various geographies through research, lead generation, and relationship building.Build and maintain a strong network of brokers, channel partners, and individual clients both locally and internationally.Maintain and update client and sales data accurately in Salesforce or other CRM systems.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of documentation, payments, and other transactional formalities.Stay informed on local demographic and economic trends to provide clients with sound, data-backed advice.Ensure adherence to Elevate’s policies, brand values, and compliance standards in all client interactions.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field.1–3+ years of sales experience in developer firms.Proven success in achieving or exceeding sales targets.Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Experience in off-plan property sales and supporting multiple launches is highly preferred.Fluent in EnglishProactive, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
