The bank aims to build convenient, innovative, and trusted financial solutions to sustainably improve the economic well-being of families in both rural and urban communities. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager, SME located in Phnom Penh. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for maintaining and developing relationships with Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Day-to-day tasks include identifying business opportunities, providing financial solutions, managing loan portfolios, ensuring customer satisfaction, and cross-selling bank products and services. The role also involves assessing client needs, analyzing financial statements, and providing strategic advice to support business growth. Qualifications Strong understanding of SME banking and financial productsProven experience in client relationship management and business developmentFinancial analysis skills, including assessing financial statements and creditworthinessExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related fieldPrevious experience in a similar role within the banking sector is an advantageProficiency in Khmer and English languages
